Geo Events – Dynamic Event Management Website

Geo Events is a platform for managing and promoting events, developed with WordPress and optimized for a simple and effective user experience. This project was created to allow event organizers to create, manage, and spread information about their events.

Technologies and Tools Used:

• WordPress: The main platform for content management, offering flexibility and rich features for creating customized pages.
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): Used to create custom fields that allow for managing and modifying the page content from the admin panel (wp-admin), making the site fully dynamic.
• Contact Form 7: Used for the contact form, enabling simple and secure communication between users and organizers.
• Carousel: Implemented to display events, images, and other information in an attractive and interactive format.
• Social Media Integration: Created to enable sharing of events and content on social media, increasing reach and engagement.
• reCAPTCHA: Implemented to secure the contact form and prevent spam and abuse.
• Search Functionality: Allows users to search for events and activities through an easy and fast search system.
